Refund Policy

Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. During the trial, you can use the Service with a limit of 3 tasks. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will continue to have access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error, or if you experience a significant service disruption that prevents you from using the Service, you may request a refund by contacting us at hugobiais75@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
